The Law Firm uses two accounting systems: a flat-rate system and a per-hour system. Please add VAT tax at the rate of 23% to the agreed fee.
Flat rate system: the remuneration is agreed on in advance by setting a specific amount. Such method of remuneration is applied most often for litigation. The fee is agreed on with the client by signing a contract to provide legal services.
Hourly system: the fee depends on the amount of time spent on the contract. It is applied for permanent legal services.
The fee for legal advice legal advice is from 200 to 400 zł (the prices do not include VAT at the rate of 23%), depending on the duration of the advice and degree of its complexity.

The Attorney’s fee for representation before the competent Office for Foreigners and Administrative Court depends on the type of the case and the degree of its complexity. In order to meet foreign customers' the Firm offers the possibility of making payments in foreign currencies and through Western Union.
PLEADINGS AND AGREEMENTS
The cost of drafting a standard pleading is defined in advance depending on the case and deadline by which the pleading has to be prepared.
In case of the necessity to analyse the case files in the court, additional fee is charged for the activities performed by the Law Firm outside its seat. Remuneration for drafting or analysing the agreement is agreed with the Client individually and it depends on the level of detail of the agreement and the deadline for the Attorney.
In case of ordering the representation of Client before the court or office located outside Warsaw, one should expect to refund the cost of travel to the authority's seat, pursuant to the provisions governing the reimbursement of employee's transport on business trips.
Attorney's fees are paid in advance, but there is a possibility to pay in instalments.
